• Client contract review and acceptance
• Formula development and review (design of product)
• Research and development of product
• Design specifications including shape, size, number of tablets per bottle and packaging
• Pilot run (A sample batch run through all the quality standard checks)
• Preliminary production run (one batch)
• Data collection and validation on the preliminary run
• Full-scale production run
• Quality monitoring (the size, shape and consistency of product ingredients/particles)
• Finished product development
• Release testing on product before packaging
