Quality Control

Quality control is an integral part of each and every aspect of our manufacturing and production systems. This department is responsible for enforcing the guidelines handed down by Quality Assurance.

Our quality control team is involved in all process steps to ensure product quality and uniformity. These steps include:

• Ensure the products we manufacture contain the highest possible quality raw materials.
• Supply quality products that meet or exceed the standards required by our customers, industry and by law.
• To recognize and implement all customer, industry and statutory requirements.
• Efficiently deliver safe and reliable products to our clientele.
• Sample testing & release of all incoming raw materials.
• Inspection and clear all production equipement.
• Sample, test, and release all finished products.
• Check and release all process steps.
